I hold many years of experience working with diverse East Bay communities throughout the lifespan and manage a program that supports immigrant communities.  Issues that I am especially skilled with are: the first-generation experience (in school or professional life), parentification (role reversal where a child must act as a caretaker of their parent or siblings), anxiety, depression, work and career exploration, intergenerational trauma, and non-violent communication.

I do not currently take insurance and in an effort to make therapy accessible, I offer sliding scale rates based on need.  My fee is $190 per 50-minute session.
